Fish Porridge


Singapore and malaysia have a lot different method eating and coooking..even all is same call the name like this fish porridge....
*hahaha...this porridge can says easy to make it.why i say easy because juz put hot fish soup with rice only,juz mixed it cook together ard 2 minutes..then u can enjoy eat le..haha..i see hawker autie cook with this method...after then juz put some more Qing Chong..fish meat,zhi chai..on top of porridge ..then can serve for anyones ..
A simple step to cook porridge ,see this above picture,do u know wat is taste of this porridge..fish meat is fresh ,but i also miss of malaysia porridge......hihihi...

Duck Rice


Waw!!!Duck rice....egg..taufu ,peanut.duck meat.....and with brown dark colour rice...actually this rice is cook with yam...beside have a one bowl "ba kut teh" hot soup.....quite a good match when u eat duck rice with drinks "ba kut teh"...hihi...actually this is very popular in Johore...emmmh.."goa tiong zai"" also nice ...but.in singapore also can find this ...Yummy...dun eat chicken rice.so boring!!..u can choose duck rice now...one plate juz $3.50 ..

Mee Siam





Mee Siam...wat is this mee siam...Mee frm Saim Country????...hihi..dun ask me this question...coz i also dun know why call Mee Siam....actually this mee siam have egg,mee hoon,chili. small limau...and small touhu ball with a bit spicy soup...when u eat with the chili pati,waw!!!u can feels that u lips is so hot....and u will enjoy it with non stop to contiues wan eat one more bowl again.....
